Felt like giving @Fastmail a try, got “internal error” trying to register. Now their server thinks my domain is already registered, so I can’t give it a second try. Looks like they have enough customers without me. OK, any other hoster worth trying?

Ejitsu ходи на яндекс, там не только (не)работает всё через жопу, но и выглядит дерьмово!
Eugen Schmidt Я пользуюсь только тремя продуктами Яндекса: маркет, транспорт и такси. И то исключительно по причине отсутствия сколько-нибудь годных альтернатив. Причём первыми двумя — раз в квартал от силы.

Aofei Sheng This doesn't sound like a real thing. In fact, I also encountered a problem that caused me to fail to register my account, but @Fastmail was very enthusiastic to help me complete the registration.
Eugen Schmidt I'm sorry (well, I'm actually not), but it is real. And it took 4 days (yes, that's close to 100 hours) for them to get back to me after I initially raised the issue both on Twitter and in their support system.

Ответ прекрасен: “Ну, Ваше сообщение не было доставлено человекам, потому что сначала Вы должны «заполнить систему поддержки» (чё?), а для этого Вам надо войти в систему, чего Вы сделать не сможете, потому что не смогли зарегистрироваться, так что идите-ка на фиг, Вы в нашей клиентоориентированной вселенной не нужны!” Хорошо, наверно, что зарегистрироваться не получилось. Не хотел бы я доверить свою электронную почту этой компании…
Evgeny Kuznetsov Got an email from @Fastmail regarding the issue that didn’t allow me to register. Well, not from them, actually, but from their automated system. It is awesome: “Well, your message to support was not delivered to humans, because you first need to ‘complete the support system’ (wtf?), and to do that you need to log in, which you can’t do because your registration wasn’t completed, so basically screw you, you’re not welcome in our ‘customers first’ universe!” Well, I suppose it’s a good thing my registration failed. Wouldn’t want to trust this company with my email anyway…
